This is the last regularly scheduled newsletter. Effective January 1, 2004, the WIZARDS will no longer be publishing a quarterly newsletter. All the information contained in the newletter is now maintained elsewhere on this website. Special articles will still be written as warranted and these will be logged under the "Special Features" section of the website.
